Our prices
Our real estate sales service is between 3 and 4%, based on an individual agreement, depending on the contract.
If you just want to ask for our opinion, but you think you should try selling first, our consultation is HUF 50,000, which includes the valuation and a discussion/preparation for the sale. If you later think that you would still entrust us with the entire sales process of your property, we will deduct this amount from the commission fee.
